When it comes to funding, we work with independent mortgage brokers.  We’ve found in our career that they have their fingers on the pulse of the mortgage industry and will work way beyond the Monday through Friday 9 to 5 paradigm to get you to closing in the least possible time. 

We also work with non-traditional lenders who will fund fix and flip investments, execute transactional lending at great rates, and other creative solutions to help get you into and out of your home as needed.
